How do I register as part of a team for the event?

As an individual looking to become a team member, your team captain will provide you with a link to where you can register as a team member. If you do not have a team captain, but would like to form a team, consider reaching out to your workplace, church, organization, or friend group to see if they would be interested in forming a team. If so, use this link to sign in or create an account and set up your team!

Is there a minimum or maximum number of participants required to form a team?

There is a minimum of 8 team members required to qualify as a team and there is not a maximum.

Can I join a team after I've already registered as an individual?

Yes! We suggest reaching out to your team captain to add you to the team or email dpatterson@unitememphis.com.

Who can join or create an Unite Memphis team?

Anyone can join or form an Unite Memphis team as there are no specific requirements or criteria for either a team member or a team captain. There are also no age restrictions, however, participants 16 years or younger will need to have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.

What if some of our team want to walk and others run?

Teams can have people in both the 1 mile and 5k, walking or running.

 

Can my team captain pick up my race packet for me?

Unfortunately, this is not an option. Our race company requires individuals to pick up the race packets.
